Imagine a place where the dead rest on shelves like books.

Each body has a story to tell, a life seen in pictures that only Librarians can read. The dead are called Histories, and the vast realm in which they rest is the Archive.

Da first brought Mackenzie Bishop here four years ago, when she was twelve years old, frightened but determined to prove herself. Now Da is dead, and Mac has grown into what he once was, a ruthless Keeper, tasked with stopping often-violent Histories from waking up and getting out. Because of her job, she lies to the people she loves, and she knows fear for what it is: a useful tool for staying alive.

Being a Keeper isn't just dangerous-it's a constant reminder of those Mac has lost. Da's death was hard enough, but now her little brother is gone too. Mac starts to wonder about the boundary between living and dying, sleeping and waking. In the Archive, the dead must never be disturbed. Agnes: Nobody och The Archived verkar riktigt bra båda två. Känns som böcker som jag skulle kunna tycka mycket om faktiskt. Annars är jag rätt sugen på Boundless och Everbound även om jag inte läst de tidigare böckerna i serierna.

Frida: Är superintresserad av The Archived! Tycker den låter riktigt, riktigt lovande. Tycker också att Nobody låter spännnade. Sedan är det en hel del som ingår i en serie som jag ännu inte påbörjat men gärna vill läsa - Boundless, Everbound och Double Crossed. Double Crossed är egentligen en helt ny serie, men tror att man måste ha läst Carters andra två serier först, eftersom denna nya serie ska vara en blandning av de andra två... ?

Agnes: Om jag ska vara helt ärlig är jag inte så speciellt överförtjust i något av veckans omslag, men om jag ska säga något så tycker jag omslaget till The Archived är ganska fint.

Frida: Jag vet att det finns alldeles för många omslag med tjejer i vackra klänningar och att det börjar bli väldigt uttjatat, men jag tycker faktiskt om de där omslagen i alla fall. ^^ Så mitt svar blir Boundless. Tycker faktiskt att det är riktigt fint! Gillar också omslaget till The Archived. 

Vill inte läsa

Agnes: The Darkness Dwellers är väl den jag känner mig minst sugen på, tror inte det är min typ av bok riktigt. 

Frida: Skulle faktiskt kunna tänka mig att läsa alla böcker den här veckan, vilket förstås aldrig kommer att hända, och därför säger jag de två som jag är minst intresserad av - The Darkness Dwellers och Cinders & Sapphires.

Agnes: Även om jag inte är speciellt förtjust i något av omslagen så är det egentligen inget som är fult. Tycker The Darkness Dwellers och Double Crossed är lite tråkiga dock.

Frida: Tycker inte att det var något fult omslag den här veckan, men tycker nog minst om omslaget till Double Crossed.
