Mina tankar

Efter ganska många veckor med väldigt få, i min mening, intressanta böcker, så kommer här nu en vecka med en hel massa spännande böcker! Fantasyroman An Ember in The Ashes, som dessutom är en stand-alone (!) har jag längtat halvt ihjäl mig efter sedan jag först hörde talas om den. Den låter precis som en bok i min smak och den har fått väldigt fina förhandsrecensioner. Vill ha, vill ha, vill ha! Rook är en dystopi om ett framtida Paris där historiska händelser håller på att upprepas. Eftersom jag älskar dystopier och böcker med historiska inslag, tror jag att den här kan passa mig väldigt bra. Magonia har beskrivits som en blandning mellan Stardust och The Fault in Our Stars, och även om jag inte läst någon av de böckerna, är jag mycket nyfiken på den här. Spciellt sci-fi aspekten med de olika världarna. 

Det var länge sedan jag läste en riktigt bra Urban Fantasy, så när jag såg att The Girl at Midnight jämförts med City of Bones, hamnade den nästan direkt på min att-läsa-lista. The Sectrets We Keep handlar om en Ella som efter att ha förlorat sin tvillingsyster Maddy i en trafikolycka, bestämmer sig för att ta över hennes identitet eftersom alla tror att det är Maddy som överlevt och inte Ella. Låter som en ganska typisk tvilling-tar-andre-tvillingens-identitet-bok men de fina förhandsrecensionerna gör mig nyfiken. Hälsningar från havets botten verkar vara en kärlekshistoria berättad ur en killes PoV och bara det gör att jag vill läsa den, eftersom det är så ovanligt. Andra böcker som hamnar på min att-läsa-lista är Rogue, Pip Bartlett's to magical creatures och The Replaced.
